Acceptable use policy

Last updated May 2026. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We enforce it at our sole discretion and may suspend, throttle, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for any violation or suspected violation.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not, and you may not let any agent, integration, or end user under your account, do any of the following:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right (including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, and confidentiality).
  • Generate, host, transmit, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, content glorifying violence, or any content designed to harm minors.
  • Engage in targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Send spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, or anything that would violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, or any platform's anti-spam rules; misrepresent the sender of any message; or evade unsubscribe requests.
  • Attempt credential stuffing, brute force, scraping in violation of a site's terms or robots directives, or any unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
  • Generate content designed to deceive in elections, referenda, or other civic processes, or to impersonate a real person, official, or organization without consent.
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, securities manipulation, gambling without proper licensure, or any unlicensed regulated activity (including medical, legal, or financial advice marketed as professional).
  • Provide instructions that materially assist the creation of weapons (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological), malware, exploits, or any tool designed to disable, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of any sub-processor we rely on (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, ElevenLabs, Browserbase, Stripe, Cloudflare, and Supabase).
  • Probe, scan, stress, or test the Service for vulnerabilities except under our published responsible-disclosure terms; bypass rate limits, quotas, content filters, or our daily cost ceiling; reverse engineer or attempt to extract our prompts, model weights, training data, or system internals.
  • Build or operate a competing AI agent platform using the Service or its output.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Service except through a workspace you operate under your own brand consistent with these terms.

Operational safety

  • You must keep credentials secret, rotate them on suspected exposure, and use a workspace API key rather than your personal credentials for programmatic access.
  • You must monitor your agents. Runaway loops, infinite recursion, or agents that abuse third-party APIs are your responsibility.
  • You must respect the rate limits, content rules, and acceptable use policies of every integration you connect.

Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate access, throttle quotas, delete content, refuse service, refund nothing, and report you to law enforcement or affected sub-processors for any actual or suspected violation. Repeat or severe violations may result in permanent ban across all workspaces. We are not obligated to investigate or to give you a chance to cure.

Reporting
